DWI
Jeffrey Vincent Mirgeaux, 2038 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Max D. Fryer III, no age given, Box 4, LaGrange, Ark., was arrested on a warrant from DeSoto County, Miss., for possession of precursors.
Bradley J. Rosenthal, 40, 504 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of sale of alcohol to a minor.
Kisha V. Winda, 301 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 33, was arrested on suspicion of sale of alcohol to a minor.
Billy J. Bradley Sr. , 34, 10548 Route H, Scott City, was arrested on Scott County warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, two instances of failure to appear for possession of marijuana, failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
Brian R. Harris, 20, 4504 Miami St., St. Louis, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear.
Latrice Virginia Coffman, 19, 513 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Amanda Michelle Lucious, 21, 418 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Blake Radcliffe Burnely, 27, 1907 Colonial Lane, Apt. E, was arrested on a warrant from Ballard County, Ky., for probation violation.
Summonses
Michael C. Criddle, 17, 1005 Jefferson St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
Dex R. Boyce, 18, 1927 Briarwood Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a city animal license.
Vashon L. Bell, 17, 1110 William St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a city animal license.
Theft
A trailer was reported stolen from Cotner Electric, at Leming and William streets.
A credit card was reported stolen from 3011 Themis St.
A check was stolen and forged in the city.
An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing following a report of cash stolen from the Cape Girardeau Middle School.
A campaign sign was reported stolen from Broadway and Sprigg Street.
A bicycle was reported stolen from 1205 N. Missouri St.
Property damage
Tires were reported cut at 604 Jefferson St.
A vehicle windshield was broken and rear dash damaged in the city.
A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance and truancy.
Miscellaneous
A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
A gray 1985 Mercury was towed from 865 N. Kingshighway.
