The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Christopher Glenn of 1713 Melissa, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday at the intersection of Lorimier and Broadway for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Katina Mullgill, 30, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested Sunday in New Madrid County on a warrant for contempt of court.

Marty McDowell, 37, was arrested Sunday at 202 Siemers on a Park Hills Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court and two Desloge Police Department warrants for failure to appear.

Thefts

A motor vehicle was reported stolen Saturday at 1403 Pemiscot.

A 20-inch Mongoose bike was reported stolen Sunday from 2512 Peachtree.

1997 Chevrolet truck was reported stolen Sunday at 3269 William.

Miscellaneous

A male was taken into protective custody Sunday in the 200 block of Lorimier.

Resisting arrest was reported Sunday at the intersection of Main and Independence.
