The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items, arrests do not imply guilt:Theft
- Bi-State Southern at 612 S. Sprigg St. reported stealing.
- Jasper's at 10 S. West End Blvd. reported theft.
- Jasper's at 407 Morgan Oak St. reported theft.
