Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Suan M. Lowe, 32, 426 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Titus A. Brockman, 19, 419 Louis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for prohibited acts and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

• Jeremy R. Weber, 20, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
• Lance D. Sterling, 22, 1206 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Theft

• Hot Spot, 400 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of cigarettes and liquor.

Property damage

• A wall was reported damaged at 300 N. Ellis St.
• Tires were reported damaged at 105 N. Clark St.

Miscellaneous

• A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A call for service was reported.
• A 15-year-old girl was reported missing.
