Arrests Billy J. Wynn, 19, of 2416 Sunny Lane was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.
A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Monday for receiving stolen property and giving a false declaration.
A 40-year-old man was placed in protective custody Tuesday.
John D. Sterling, 22, of 812 S. Benton was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay a fine.
Summonses Angela E. Bender of 531 Columbine received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of striking a legally parked vehicle.
John J. Thies of 135 S. Benton received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of failure to yield to an oncoming vehicle.
Cieaira R. Tucker of 2810 Independence received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of failure to show proof of insurance.
Alecia R. Pugh of 2812 Independence received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of no valid license, striking a legally parked vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to show proof of insurance.
Assaults An assault was reported Monday. A 14-year-old female was cited to juvenile court.
A subject was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Thefts A CD player, speaker box, speaker and amplifiers were reported stolen from Shivelbine House Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
An amplifier and speaker box were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Tuesday at 1707 Lakeshore.
A credit card was reported stolen Tuesday at 1710 N. Sprigg.
Clothing was reported stolen Monday at Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall.
A car stereo and baseballs were reported stolen and a car window shattered Tuesday at 2044 Steven.
A dealer's license plate was reported stolen Tuesday on Green Acres Drive.
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 1325 Broadway.
Property Damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 2802 Independence.Miscellaneous
A leash law violation and vicious dog were reported Tuesday at 1631 Bessie.
A purple girl's bicycle was reported found Monday at Kingshighway and William.

Two instances of fraud were reported Friday at 309 E. Jackson Boulevard.
A domestic dispute was reported Sunday on North High Street.
