The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
Tony L. Craft, 26, 1604 Deerwood Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Nathan F. Huck, 26, of 7337 U.S. 61, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He also was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
Arrests
Mancy A. Morris, 42, of 1022 Independence St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for family offenses.
A subject was taken into custody pending charges of driving while revoked.
A 24-year-old man was taken into custody.
A 20-year-old man was taken into custody.
A minor was taken into custody on suspicion of alcohol possession.
Lance D. Sterling, 19, 1127 S. Ellis St., was arrested on charges of failure to drive in a single lane and failure to yield after stopping.
A subject was taken into custody pending charges of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
A 20-year-old man was taken into custody.
A 44-year-old woman was taken into custody.
Demetrius Lamont Mays, 22, 309 Highland St., Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.Thefts
Burglary and property damage were reported at 916 S. Ellis St.
Burglary was reported at Midwest Construction, 2124 Perryville Road.
Gasoline was reported stolen at D Mart, 3276 William St.
A PlayStation and games were reported stolen from 509 S. Ellis St.
A bicycle was reported stolen from 374 N. Park St.
Stealing was reported at Arena Park.
Money was reported taken at 2852 Independence St.
Purses were reported stolen and a window damaged at 200 N. Water St.
Assaults Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
Third-degree assault was reported.
Miscellaneous
First-degree trespassing was reported at 325 N. Sprigg St.
A black CD case was found in the 500 block of Minnesota Avenue.
A missing person was reported at 429 N. Frederick St.
