The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Dale Lee Koehler, 35, 392 Estate Drive, Apt. 113, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Raymond E. Revelle, 36, 200 Rue Dauphine, Apt. 9, Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for theft in connection with a theft at J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.

Stephan D. Anderson, 22, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 212, was arrested for being a parole absconder and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Karla H. Stroehlein, 33, 221 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay a fine for stealing and for various traffic offenses.

Timothy D. Curry, 46, 1029 N. Second St., Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested for being a parole absconder.

Summonses Bethany Morine Liggons, no age given, 233 Middle St., was issued a summons for driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield.

Jillian N. Obermark, no age given, 3177 Route A, Washington, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken at 105 Broadway.Thefts

A CD player, case and CDs were reported stolen from 3019 Themis St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 2555 Masters St.

A 10-inch speaker box was reported stolen from 308 Themis St. It was later recovered.
