The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Driving while intoxicated was reported Sunday at William Street and Plaza Way. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Arrests Gregory Alex Nicholson, 33, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Yolana Catrina Ray, 31, of 215 Haynes St., Portageville, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
Broshawn Depree Egson, 28, no address, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons Mikeal Dwayne Abraham, 17, of 152 S. Lorimier St., received a summons Saturday for stealing and minor in possession of alcohol.
Thefts BP D-Mart reported gasoline taken Saturday at 3276 William St.
A vehicle was reported taken Saturday at 26 N. Water St.
Arby's reported money taken Saturday at 2134 Independence St.
A television and a wagon were reported taken Sunday at 650 N. Middle St.
Best Buy reported video games taken Sunday at 3026 William St. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
A lawn mower was reported taken Sunday at 224 S. Ellis St.
A window was reported broken and money taken Sunday at 2021 Themis St.
Property Damage A bicycle chain was reported damaged Saturday at 710 Morgan Oak St., Apt. 2.
A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday at South Lorimier and William streets.
Assault
Domestic assault, animal abuse and deviate sexual assault were reported Saturday. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Assault was reported Sunday at 3037 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
Harassment by phone was reported Saturday at 1029 Linden St., Apt. 28.
A runaway 16-year-old boy was recovered Saturday at College Street and South West End Boulevard.
An Illinois license plate AJ1609 was reported found at Independence and Sprigg streets.
