ArrestsKelly Baker, 17, of East Prairie, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for stealing/property damage.

Diane O'Kelly, 51, of 117 N. Frederick was arrested Saturday for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, failure to use turn signal and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.

Michael Cease, 32, was arrested Saturday on a Johnson County, Ill., warrant for obstruction of an officer.

Damon Stephens, 35, was arrested Saturday on two St. Charles County warrants for failure to appear in court on traffic violations.

Andrew Lobdell was arrested Sunday on three Cape Girardeau city warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.

Thomas W. Hecht, 34, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Camaron Earley, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court on a seat belt charge.

SummonsTambra Turner, 23, and Rhoneshia Savage, 26, both of Sikeston, Mo., were issued summons Saturday for stealing at 100 West Park Mall.

TheftChange amounting to $10 was reported stolen Saturday at 1931 Montgomery.

Money, checks, a wallet and identification were reported stolen from 353 S. Kingshighway Saturday.

A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday from 2136 William.
