The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Kenya Renee Kinder, 25, 2920 Perryville Road, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Steven Gerard Rothkopf, 19, 1205 Old State Road, Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation for leaving the scene of an accident.

Barry Andrew Russell, 27, 3020 Boutin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Latroy Loelle McIntosh, 21, 412 Sheridan St., Apt. 12, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for assault.

Sheila Marie Cole, 25, 135 N. Main St., Apt. A, Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Stephen C. McDaniel, 19, 957 W. Independence St., Apt. 53, Jackson, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses David Paul Raines, 23, 1010 Elm St., was issued a summons for open burning.

Christopher Anthony Morrisey, 30, Jackson, was issued a summons for flag desecration.

Thefts

Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

A toolbox and assorted tools were reported stolen from Consolidated Grain Co., 500 LaCruz St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway.

A money clip was reported stolen from 3120 Independence St.

Jewelry was reported stolen from 3120 Independence St.

A 1990 red Chevrolet pickup, Missouri license 655 BP9, was reported stolen from Fisher Auto Parts, 2350 Rust Ave.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 64 S. Plaza Way.Property Damage

A vehicle window was reported broken at Fountain Street and Highway 74.

Miscellaneous An ATM card was reported found at 2001 William St.

A dog bite was reported at 412 S. Ellis St.

A wallet and its contents were reported found at Broadway and Frederick Street.
