The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Nicholas E. Powderly, no age given, of 606 Robinhood, Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, speeding and failure to drive on the right half of roadway.

Melissa Jill Rock, no age given, of 945 Lester, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and no insurance. She was also arrested Saturday on Butler County warrants for failure to appear and bad checks.

Arrest

Brandon Polk, no age given, of 400 Third St., Tamms, Ill., was arrested Sunday on warrants from the city of Cape Girardeau.

Summons

Carlos Gilberto Rodriguez, no age given, of 912 Susan, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.Assaults

Assault and peace disturbance were reported at Albert and Good Hope Saturday.

Domestic assault and property damage were reported Sunday at 102 Mason.

Second-degree domestic assault was reported Sunday in the southeast area of Cape Girardeau. A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges.

Theft

A purse, debit card, checks and cash were reported stolen at Capaha Park Saturday.

A tire, rim and hub cap were reported stolen Saturday at 635 S. Sprigg.Miscellaneous

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Sunday.

Two bicycles were found Saturday at 1400 West End Blvd.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday at William and Mount Auburn.
