The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI A subject was taken into custody Saturday for a motor vehicle accident and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at the 100 block of Mason Street, pending filing of formal charges.
Arrests A subject was taken into custody Saturday on suspicion of domestic assault and fleeing a lawful detention at the 1600 block of Good Hope Street, pending filing of formal charges.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday on suspicion of violation of a full order of protection at the 400 block of South Hanover Street.
Sammy Lee Davis, 47, of 321 S. Spring Ave., was arrested Saturday on a warrant of commitment.
Scott G. Dunning, 37, of 1003 Crews Road, Wickliffe, Ky., was arrested Sunday on an Alexander County warrant.
Tara L. Wilkins, 30, of 3003 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
Summons Cynthia Gerlynn King, 47, of 705 E. Olive St., Scott City, received a summons Sunday for failure to maintain a single lane and driving while intoxicated.
Thefts A vehicle hood, window and dash were reported damaged and CDs taken Saturday at the 400 block of South Hanover Street.
A vehicle window was reported damaged and a television set taken Saturday at 3049 William St.
Pizza Hut reported money stolen Saturday at 215 S. Kingshighway.
Rhodes 101 reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 1008 N. Kings-highway and 1126 N. Sprigg St.
A stereo and speakers were reported stolen Sunday at 623 N. Spanish St.
A stereo was reported stolen Sunday at 1757 Themis St.
Two signs and a pair of rollerblades were reported stolen and trespassing reported Sunday at 3902 Valley View Lane.
Burglaries A first-degree burglary was reported and a purse and contents stolen Sunday at 107 N. Clark Ave.
Property damage
A vehicle window was reported damaged Saturday at 103 N. Clark Ave.
A vehicle fender was reported dented Saturday at 1120 N. Kings-highway.
A window and screen were reported damaged Sunday at 1058 Stewart Drive.
Miscellaneous
A female, 38, was reported missing Saturday from the 900 block of North Fountain Street.
