The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Marshall Lee Johnson, 37, of 536 Cape Meadows, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child and assault.

Mary Frances Steele, 44, of 917 Old Cape Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terrance Cortez Bradley, 20, 1564 Lexington, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court for contempt, false declaration and failure to appear for stealing.

Dewayne Alvin Jones, 34, 1322 Shelby, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau city warrants for contempt of court.

A 16-year-old juvenile boy was cited into juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.

Stealing A purse and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 1970 Delwin.

A generator and tools were reported stolen Tuesday at Sprigg and Themis.

A vehicle was broken into and a purse was reported taken Tuesday at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

Checks and an ATM card were reported stolen Tuesday from an unknown location.

Gasoline was reported taken Tuesday from Huck's at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Cable and tools were reported stolen Tuesday from 1620 Bessie.

Cosmetics and clothing were reported stolen Tuesday from seven individuals at 205 Caruthers.

Property damage

A front door screen, lock and back door window were reported damaged at 317 Albert.

A vehicle window was broken Tuesday at 205 Caruthers.

Miscellaneous

Identity theft was reported Tuesday.

A license plate, 328-TCJ, was reported found Tuesday at Perryville Road and Lexington.
