The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Patricia Ann Emmons, 42, of A2 Cosmo Acres, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Minnie Chaquita Jones, 18, of 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Robin LaFaye Jones, 21, of 711 Gail, Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A 19-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges of assault.

* Chad Louis Rockwell, 19, and Douglas Stephen Carlton, 19, both of 230 N. Ellis St., received summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Kevin Daniel Mueckl, 22, Ryan Douglas Whitley, 23, and Jeffrey Richard Harris, 23, all of 237 N. Ellis St., received summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Luther Clemons Welch III, 30, of 915 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for resisting arrest.

* Anita Lynn Moore of 496 County Road 638, received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Minnie Chaquita Jones, 18, of 1010 S. Ellis St., received a summons for assault.

Thefts

* A Dodge Caravan was reported stolen at 111 N. Kingshighway.

* BP D Mart twice reported gasoline taken at 3276 William St.

* J.C. Penney reported caps taken at 200 West Park Mall. Billy Don Jr., 18, of 717 Jefferson Ave., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* Goodwill reported a jewelry box taken at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
