Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Lindsey M. Meyer, 21, of 2541 Albert Rasche Drive, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in the correct lane.

* Roy Lee Joyce, 48, of 912 Bloomfield St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* John Michael Albert, 19, of 1000 Towers Circle, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop.

* Christine Nicole Murray, 20, of 1000 Towers Circle, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stay in a single lane.

Arrests

* Everlene Marshay Petty, 20, 312 Market St., Metropolis, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.

* Ronald Lee Schrum, 52, of 207 Main St., Delta, was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A cellular phone was reported stolen at 823 S. Benton St.

* Cash and miscellaneous items were reported stolen from 221 S. Spanish St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* Household items were reported stolen from 707A Broadway.

* Jewelry and a camera were reported stolen from 512 N. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* Fiberglass doors were reported damaged at 601 N. Sunset Blvd.

* A door was reported damaged a 217 S. Louisiana St.

* Property was reported damaged at 1827 Bloomfield St.

* Property was reported damaged at 100 West Park Mall.

Miscellaneous

* A black 1981 Cadillac, reported stolen, was recovered in the 500 block of North Middle Street.

* Harassing phone calls were reported at 1306 Cousin St.

* A disorderly house was reported at 70 Rivercrest Drive.
