Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Jeremy Smith, 27, 1723 Carolina, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Nikki Larue Russell, 31, 513 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on domestic assault charges.

Marion Jo Matinez, 20, 125 Aspen, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A female, age 40, was placed in protective custody Sunday.

Summonses

Jarnett Stroder, 18, 40 Little Creek, Dongola, Ill., Brandon Craig, 18, 206 Tracey, Jackson and Dennis Meyers, 539 County Road 341, Jackson, were issued summonses Saturday for suspicion of noise violation and minors in possession of alcohol.

Stealing

One adult female was taken into custody Saturday on suspicion of stealing clothing from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.

Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday at Ameri-Mart, 1320 West Cape Rock.

Stealing and identity theft were reported Sunday in the Cape Girardeau area.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Huck's Gasoline, 353 S. Kingshighway.Miscellaneous

First-degree trespassing was reported Sunday at 1515 Stoddard.
