Arrests

  • Robert A. Salvatore, 49, 723 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
  • Henry L. Titchenell, 18, of Independence, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing.
  • Kenneth Schopp Jr., 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of speeding, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, no motorcycle endorsement, careless and imprudent driving, improper passing, red light violation and resisting arrest.
  • Alecia C. Vickery, 20, 526 Boxwood Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Oreido T. Lumas, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for revoked operator's license.
  • Sharon D. Taylor, 29, 1318 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for speeding, contempt of court for a seat-belt violation and contempt of court for failure to appear.
  • Christina E. Moore, 32, of 729 S. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
  • Antwan D. Johnson, 30, of 430 Sheridan St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for nonsupport.
  • April M. Calvert, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Michael A. Fuller, 23, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.

DWI

  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Summons

  • Donald L. Hanebrink, 51, 545 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for animal neglect, animal city license and failure to maintain property.
  • Floyd G. Wiseman, 43, 627 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assault

  • An assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

  • A purse was reported stolen at No. 6 Girardeau Court.
  • A theft was reported at 1855 Perryville Road.
  • A wallet was reported stolen on Woodbine Place.
  • A firearm was reported stolen at 1020 Independence St.
  • Tools and tool boxes were reported stolen at 3018 Melrose Ave.
  • Tools were reported stolen at 3013 Melrose Ave.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported theft of gasoline.
  • A handgun was reported stolen at 631 N. Main St.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
  • Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported an attempted burglary.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1 N. Main St.
  • A robbery of money was reported at 2863 Whitener St.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of candy.
  • A wallet, duffel bag, clothing and assorted makeup were reported stolen at 3120 Vail Drive.
  • A telephone, washer, dryer and TVs were reported stolen at 423 S. Benton St.
  • A stealing by deceit was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1018 Broadway.

  • John J. Barker, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
  • Amanda D. McCarter, 19, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • Michael C. Cooper, 24, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Theft

  • A burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Deerwood Drive.

Summons

  • Benny Benavente Jr., 19, 704 Neal St., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.
