The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Steve Carter, 35, of 921 Linden, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday by the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
Steven Glen Medlin, 25, of 2834 Independence St., Apt. 1, was arrested Sunday on the Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear in court.
Dina Marie Hill, 30, of 20 S. Sprigg St. was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of stealing.
Thefts A generator and radar gun with display board were reported stolen Sunday at 1 Arena Park.
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 1 Arena Park.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous A 17-year-old female was taken into protective custody Monday.
Jackson
Tuesday, Sept. 9
Summons Mary A. Britzman, 35, of 1623 Cedar Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons over the weekend for an assault that allegedly occurred on Aug. 11.
Thefts Theft of utilities was reported Sunday in the 600 block of West Independence Street.
Gas was reported stolen Friday from Rhodes 1011 at 113 W. Jackson Blvd.
Lug nuts were reported stolen Friday from a vehicle in the 200 block of East Main Street.
Property damage A van window was reported damaged Friday in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A window was reported broken Saturday in the 600 block of West Main Street.
