Arrests

* Sherita L. Smith, 28, of 2737 Lynwood Hills, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Parma, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stop sign violation.

* Erin M. Bragg, 22, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for improper registration.

* Marisol Pina, 27, of 245 Hazel Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.

* Steven D. Edmonds, 19, of 923 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession and alcohol by consumption.

Summonses

* Marland Andrew Heard, 21, of 534 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for property damage.

* Kevin J. Williams, 24, of 235 N. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts and failure to provide insurance.

Assaults

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for assault on a law enforcement officer.

Thefts

* Bicycles were reported stolen at 340 N. Frederick St.

* Tools were reported stolen at 1953 Delwin St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1417 Luce St.

* Kittens were reported stolen at 1274 Kingshighway Drive.

* A counterfeit $10 bill was reported at 1325 Broadway St.

* Kidds Gas Station, 1325 Broadway St., reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A 50-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of misuse of emergency 911 telephone service.

* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Highland Drive.

* Property was reported lost in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
