The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Michael D. Wheatley, 36, of 639 S. Gordon Road, Mableton, Ga., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Truman B. Jackson, 17, of 305 Sycamore, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.

Jeffrey C. Burke, 40, of 1336 Highland Terrace, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Misty R. Edmonds, 25, of 2816 Independence, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Glenn R. Rhodes, 56, of 342 N. Park, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Tony C. Jones, 38, of 531 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on Scott County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.

Mark A. Musselman Jr., 19, of 222 Cook, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.

Thomas D. Jennings III, 27, of 806 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts A silver 1990 Buick Electra bearing license number 684-KYM was reported stolen Sunday at 433 S. Hanover.

A vehicle license plate was reported stolen Friday at Southeast Missouri State University.

A bicycle was reported stolen Friday at Southeast Missouri State University.

A banner was reported stolen Sunday at Southeast Missouri State University.

Miscellaneous A dog bite was reported Sunday at 337 N. Ellis.

Harassment was reported Saturday at the 500 block of West Main.

Theft was reported Sunday at the 300 block of East Monroe.
