DWI
* Kelly C. Lenz, 18, of 2816 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane and failure to wear a seat belt.
Arrests
* Brandee R. Young, 26, of 923 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property free of litter.
* Chad D. Valenti, 28, of 1915 Grandview Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana.
Summons
* Nicole R. Reisenbichler, 24, of 7 N. Park Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* B & L Designs reported a stolen ladder and clothing at Arena Park.
* Paint brushes and paint were reported stolen at 312 S. Park St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
Property damage
* A hood was reported scratched at 3018 Mimosa Drive.
* A bicycle was reported damaged at 2626 Independence St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1440 Jefferson Ave.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jessica Witcher, 21, of 635 Blanch St., was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for fraud.
* Two 12-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self and others.
* Christopher D. Overy, 19, of Oak Ridge, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
Thefts
* Fuel was reported stolen in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A wreath was reported stolen in the 1000 block of Cathy Drive.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in City Park.
Miscellaneous
* An ex parte violation was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
