DWI

* Jeremy K. Penny, 25, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with no headlights, driving while suspended and driving with no insurance.

Arrests

* Tracie A. Childers, 21, of 1837 Stoddard Court, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* Melissa N. Robinson, 21, of 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operators license.

* Jack R. Kaempfer, 52, of 1815 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Madison County warrant for failure to appear for careless and imprudent manner.

Summonses

* Denson L. Boner of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for failure to yield during a motor vehicle accident.

* Terry Edwin Hill of 998 Trailridge Drive, Jackson, received a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Ashton E. Doran of 918 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Jennifer L. Aloisio, 21, of St. Charles, Mo., and Natalie Rafferty, 22, of 218 Kies Ave., Jackson, received summonses for a disorderly house.

Thefts

* Lowery Carnival Company, Gulf Shores, Ala., reported cash stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* License tabs were reported stolen at 41 E. Rodney Drive.

* Quick-N-Save, 2861 Themis St.,

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A blue 1985 GMC Suburban was reported abandoned at 324 Hillview St.

Arrest

* Anthony G. Elbrecht, 23, of 116 W. Vale Drive, was arrested on a Johnson County, Ill., warrant for fraud and was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of Providence Street.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.

Property Damage

* Vandalism was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

* A firework complaint was reported in the 700 block of Wedge Lane.

* A prowler was reported in the 1800 block of Greensferry Road.

* Property was reported lost in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

* A car stereo was reported stolen in Area 3.
