The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Teresa A. Bright, 39, of 118 N. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
James T. Franklin, 21, of 207 Mason, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while revoked, operating an unlicensed vehicle and no proof of insurance.
Antwan M. Barnhill, 30, of 216 William, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Lydia D. Peet, 39, of 502 Hickory, Oran, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Lisa K. Johnson, 34, of 4008 State Highway N, Advance, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for an insufficient funds check.
Thefts Circuit City at 164 Siemers Drive reported a DVD player and LCD monitors stolen Tuesday.
A stereo and CDs were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Tuesday at 1 Arena Park.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
A radar detector was reported stolen Tuesday at Southeast Missouri State University.
Tires were reported stolen Wednesday at 2334 Rusmar.
A book, gloves and a moped were reported stolen Wednesday at 1318 N. Sprigg.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest Jimmy Holt, 39, of 957 W. Independence, Lot 37, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of tampering with utilities.
Miscellaneous Theft of prescription medications was reported Tuesday in the 200 block of North Missouri.
A CB radio was reported stolen Tuesday in the 800 block of South Hope.
A broken van window was reported Tuesday in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
An assault was reported Tuesday in the 300 block of South Missouri.
Forgery was reported Tuesday at Wal-Mart on East Jackson Boulevard.
A child custody dispute was reported Tuesday in the 200 block of South Union.
