The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Scarlett N. Smith, 39, of 264 1/2 N Ninth St., Nobleville, Ind., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Sammie T. Beason III, 22, of 203 S. Lorimier, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of burglary, assault and harassment. On Thursday, Beason was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Hubert E. Hubbard, 38, of 529 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and an imitation controlled substance.
Tava A. Craft, 37, of 2812 County Road 532, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a state warrant for parole violation.
A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Wednesday on a warrant for property damage and assault.
Chad A. Collier, 29, of 146 Wyondot, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Jerome Merriweather, 44, of 433 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a parole violation.
Summons Stacey A. Langston of 510 Johnson, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for a leash law violation.
Thefts A black 2002 Dodge Stratus was reported stolen Wednesday at the 700 block of Jefferson.
Clothing was reported stolen Wednesday by the Dollar General Store at 724 Broadway.
Pet supplies and medication were reported stolen Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Two females, aged 15 and 16, were cited to juvenile court for stealing in connection with the complaint.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 10 S. West End Blvd.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Citgo at 263 Farrar.
Property Damage A wall was reported damaged by the city of Cape Girardeau at 401 Independence. Michael A. Douglas, 33, of 1708 Cape Meadows, Cape Girardeau received a summons for property damage in connection with the incident.
A door was reported damaged Wednesday at 2760 Lynwood Hills.
An ignition housing was reported damaged Thursday at 301 Broadway.
Miscellaneous Four fraudulent transactions were reported Wednesday by Autozone at 2327 Bloomfield.
Forgery was reported Wednesday at 3439 William.
Forged checks were reported Thursday at 3439 William.

Miscellaneous A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 200 block of Morgan.
Forgery was reported Wednesday in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
