Arrests
* Emmanuel T. Ware, 26, of 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for revoked operator's license, improper registration, seat belt violation, probation violation for operator's license and probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Amanda B. Cowan, 21, of 550 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Annie R. Treadwell, 41, of 1030 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
* Linda L. Mann, 53, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a dumpster.
* Clarence E. Geiger III, 17, of 1126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of and a 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
* Trevor J. Todt, 21, of 15 Village Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for littering.
* Terry A. Mead, 19, of 1437 Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Gene L. Douthit, 28, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Lilgreg E. Jackson, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for false declaration and trespassing.
* Dana C. Heger, 24, of Eolia, Mo., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.
Thefts
* Heuer and Sons Implement Co. reported a stolen tractor and combine rims and a damaged fence in the 400 block of William Street.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Ashley R. Edwards, 21, and Ida L. Davis, 36, both of Sikeston, Mo., were arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A washer, dryer and refrigerator were reported stolen at 321 Albert St.
* A Motorola Go Phone, Missouri driver's license and a brown purse were reported stolen at 1234 S. Pacific St.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1933 Delwin St.
* Tire and vehicle paint damage were reported at 1430 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
* U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported counterfeit checks.
* Domino's Pizza, 1028 N. Sprigg St., reported a forged check.
* Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway, reported a forged check.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Harassment was reported at 211 St. Francis Drive.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Patrick A. Keefer, 27, of 1418 Rose St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear warrants out of Cape Girardeau and St. Louis counties.
Miscellaneous
* Telephone harassment was reported in the 3500 block of Ridge Road.
* Telephone harassment was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
