* Tyrone Deberry, 27, of 401 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* Jacob H. Garner, 22, of 1718 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive within lane of traffic and no seat belt.

Arrests

* William C. Montgomery, 22, of 741 Wedge Lane in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* Samantha M. Criddle, 23, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Gwynda R. Binkard, 39, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license, failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving and failure to appear for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Xavier R. Wilford, 19, of 36 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the road.

* Terri A. Triplett, 25, of 716 Broadway, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

* Willie J. Pollard, 47, of 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Kyle P. Hensley, 23, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, assault and burglary.

* Bridgette L. Jones, 20, of 15 Village Drive, Apt. 38, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/ insufficient funds check.

* Thomas L. Yarbro, 50, of 1105 S. Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jeffery S. Gant, 21, of an unknown address was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for assault, and on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for fraud, failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for seat belt violation.

Summonses

* Latosha N. White, 17, of 5929 Route W in Jackson, received a summons for walking in the street.

* Anthony M. Parker, 43, of 408 S. Hanover St., received a summons for consumption on a public street.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported three thefts of gasoline.

* Statues were reported stolen at 719 W. Rodney Drive.

* A fishing rod, tackle box and contents were reported stolen at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of batteries.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Jordan M. Schaaf, 20, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A radar detector, camera, cell phone and other items were reported stolen at 155 Bellevue St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1502 N. Kingshighway.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at Water and Independence streets.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent attempt to obtain a prescription was reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

* A suspicious fire was reported.

* Stephen J. Juergens, 36, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to stop for a red light.

* An assault was reported. A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Highland Drive.

* Littering was reported on Emma and August streets.

* Littering was reported in the 400 block of North Missouri Street.

* Tampering was reported on Florence Street.

* Tampering was reported at East Main and South High streets.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of North High Street.

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.
