The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Kia Marie Sadler, 33, 28541 State Highway 25, Advance, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court for an expired license.

Lois Elizabeth Aaron, 35, 259 N. Park St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

Thefts A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing in connection with a theft of some clothing from J.C. Penney, 200 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

Firearms were reported stolen from 2315 Erna St.

A ratchet, chain tie down and strap with ratchet were reported stolen from Rental Service Corp., 2050 Southern Expressway.

Two fishing rods were reported stolen from 2127 Good Hope St.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged in the 100 block of South Sprigg Street.

Graffiti was reported found on a wall at Columbia Construction Corp., 3630 Exchange Drive.

Miscellaneous A men's silver bicycle with red lettering was found at 311 Spring St.

A white 1986 Ford F-250 truck was reported abandoned in the 400 block of Bellevue St.

A 1993 black Chevrolet Cavalier with Kentucky license plates was reported abandoned at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jim Dudley, 52, of Millersville, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Theft Thefts were reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street, the 2200 block of West Jackson Boulevard, and the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary Burglaries were reported in the 600 block of North Hope Street and the 700 block of West Washington Street.

Property Damage Property was reported damaged in the 1200 block of East Main Street and on Main Street.
