The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Robert K. Scott, 39, no current address, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of trespassing.

Louis O. Broussard, 44, of 1327 N. West End Boulevard, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a New Mexico warrant for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Lakeisha S. Lee, 22, and Terrisha J. Lee, 19, both of 3023 Aspen, No. 5, Cape Girardeau, were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of burglary and fraudulent use of a credit device.

Rayburn Cowan Jr., 30, of 607 Locust, Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of a peace disturbance, resisting arrest, fleeing lawful detention and assault.

Summonses

Samantha M. Criddle, 20, of 921 William, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a noise violation.

Yolandis S. Patterson, 29, of 430 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a noise violation.

Adrearian Q. Harris, 22, fo 1700 New Madrid, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a noise violation.

Thefts

An air conditioner was reported stolen Tuesday at 1202 S. Ellis.

A lawn mower and a weed eater were reported stolen Tues at 830 N. Fountain.

Receiving stolen property was reported Tuesday at 509 S. Ellis.

Stealing by deceit was reported Wednesday at 2121 Timothy.

Property Damage

A metal lock was reported broken Wednesday at 20 E. Cape Rock.

A vehicle window was reported damaged Wednesday at 610 Boxwood.Jackson

DWI

Janie McIntyre, 36, of 131 Tracy, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Miscellaneous

Theft was reported Tuesday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Tuesday in the 600 block of West Adams.

Theft was reported Tuesday in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A firework complaint was made Tuesday on North Hope.

Property damage was reported Tuesday in the 2700 block of East Main.
