The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Meghann M. Vinyard, 20, of Scott City was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for insufficient funds and failure to appear for passing bad checks, and on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Tracy K. Williams, 41, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Travis B. Wade, 47, of 612 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance.

* Aaron Levi Casey Hill, 18, of 2928 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding and no license.

* Stephanie D. LaGrone, 39, of 3030 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

Summonses

* Dale M. Pobst, 38, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Kirk S. Braun, 23, of St. Louis received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A theft and property damage were reported at William Street and Saint Francis Drive. Kevin Walls, 25, of 730 W. Washington St. in Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Wheels, tires and a CD player were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged at 406 Commercial St.

* VIP Industries, 1330 Southern Expressway, reported trespassing and the theft of trailer and aluminum cans.

* Aeropostale, 3049 William St., reported the theft of clothing. Adria C. Lay, 21, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A theft was reported in the 3100 block of Park Place. Sylvester L. Choate, 55, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

Burglary

* The city of Cape Girardeau, 805 Caruthers Ave., reported a burglary, damaged door and theft of gas cans.

Miscellaneous

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Telephone harassment was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Victoria A. Welker, 22, of 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on a Perry County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Lawrence J. Mobley, 42, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Jimmy J. Park, 26, of 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and three counts of child endangerment.

* Carrie Bell, 21, of 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and three counts of child endangerment.

* Darrell D. Helderman, 44, of 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Seth Ezell, 19, of Frohna, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Property was reported damaged in the 400 block of Broadridge Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Southeast Missouri State University

* A domestic assault was reported at Dearmont Circle.

Theft

* A cell phone was reported stolen at New Hall.
