Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Crystal L. Dobbs, 29, of 616 William St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* David L. Hightower, 22, of 419 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for unlawful use of a dumpster, and on suspicion of false declaration and failure to produce operators license.

Assaults

* An assault was reported. A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* An assault was reported at Locust and Pacific streets. Lisa M. Woods, 27, of Oran, Mo., and Nichole L. Martin, 18, of 1105 S. Benton St., were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* A theft was reported. A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A car dolly was reported stolen at 921 S. Pacific St.

* A theft was reported. A 15- and 16-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Burglaries

* Burglaries and theft of money and assorted jewelry were reported at 3120 Independence St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2440 Melrose Ave.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2402 Masters Drive.

* Sundance Apartments, 901 Hackberry St., reported a damaged speed bump.

Miscellaneous

* Save-a-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Trespassing was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Andrea S. Koeper, 23, of 1208 Perry Ave. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, first-degree property damage and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrest

* Matthew T. Branham, 23, of 904 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of felony stealing and receiving stolen goods.

Summonses

* Stephen L. Coleman, 18, of 190 Kensington Lane in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for failure to yield.

* Jessica L. Blackwell, 17, of 862 Aaron Drive, received a summons for tampering.

* Dylan K. Hopkins, 31, of 829 Dorothy Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* An assault was reported in the 800 block of Brown Street.

Thefts

* A ring was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* A purse was reported stolen in the 300 block of West Adams Street.

* A license plate was reported stolen in the 600 block of North Oak Hill Road.

* A purse was reported stolen in the 900 block of Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of North Oak Hill Road.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of West Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage and tampering were reported. A juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Property damage was reported at Union Avenue and Oak Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

* Verbal harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Aaron Drive.
