Arrests Jesse D. Wages, 18, of 1228 Perry County Road 620, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Wendy L. Farrow, 47, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 209, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Danielle C. Wiseman, 19, of 132 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Raymerial C. Purl, 20, of 719 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Deandre M. Turner, 18, of 1327 N. 13th St., East St. Louis, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a St. Clair County, Ill., warrant for probation violation.
Samuel I. Nelson, 25, of 2828 Themis, No. 8, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on two Ste. Genevieve County warrants for failure to appear.
Jeffrey S. Gantt, 18, of 1427 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Clarence Brown Jr., 17, of 412 Koch, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Troy Lee Jones Sr., 49, of 605 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of animal neglect.
Thefts An air conditioner was reported stolen Tuesday at 301 N. Lorimier.
A cell phone was reported stolen Tuesday at the 500 block of Bellevue.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Clothing was reported stolen Wednesday at 412 S. West End Blvd.
A cordless telephone was reported stolen Wednesday at 630 North.
Burglary A burglary was reported Tuesday at 921 Hackberry. Nothing was taken.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 1805 Lakeshore.
A window was reported damaged Tuesday at 3303 Campster.
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 775 Perry.
A vehicle door was reported damaged Wednesday at 823 Themis.
Miscellaneous Passing bad checks was reported Tuesday by Alliance Bank at 211 S. Silver Springs.

A child custody dispute was reported Tuesday in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
