Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Joshua K. Matlock, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, possession of marijuana and an improper lane violation.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Dallas E. Dover II, 41, of 10484 Route W, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Charles R. Clark, 50, of 2702 Quincy, was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 916 S. Ellis St. Charles E. Jones III, 28, of 916 S. Ellis St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A domestic assault was reported on Boulder Crest Drive. Ricky D. Hendrix, 44, of 517 S. Kingshighway, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Bi State Oil Co., 621 S. Sprigg St., reported theft of gasoline.

* Theft of a wallet was reported at 1217 N. Water St.

* D-Mart Convenience Store, 3415 William St., reported theft of gasoline.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported at 1515 N. Water St. Omar T. Johnson, 25, of 1515 N. Water St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Bethany Baptist Church, 1712 Randol Ave., reported fire extinquishers damaged.

* Vehicle damage was reported at 3439 William St.

* Holiday Inn Express, 3523 William St., reported a door damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Regions Bank, 101 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported a check forgery.

* Regions Bank, 407 N. Kingshighway, reported a check forgery.
