Arrests
* David G. Rathman, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.
* Jackee M. Nicholson, 38, of 324 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt to court for failure to pay fine for animal neglect.
* Mark A. Brown, 30, of 2077 Pear Tree Court, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
Assaults
* Two assaults were reported.
* An assault was reported at 312 W. Lorimier St. Michael A. Triplett, 21, of 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A stereo was reported stolen and a vehicle dashboard damaged at 918 Bloomfield St.
* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
* Money was reported stolen and a mailbox damaged at 651 S. Henderson Ave.
Property damage
* Glass was reported broken at 611 Sycamore Circle.
* A 2000 Dodge Ram was reported broken at 1020 N. Clark Ave.
* Merriwether Investment Inc., 325 Broadway, reported a damaged window.
* Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel, 829 N. West End Blvd., reported a damaged glass door and windows.
Miscellaneous
* Receiving stolen property and operating a motor vehicle while revoked were reported.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the failure to return a rental entertainment center and big screen television.

DWI
* John D. Unnerstall, 33, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Summonses
* Lahni R. Lysnek, 24, of Kelso, Mo., received a summons for failure to drive in a single lane and driving while suspended.
* Kevin R. Craft, 17, of 229 S. Bast St., received a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Terry L. Cattron, 45, of 406 Clover Lane, received a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Patricia A. Haney, 48, of Farmington, Mo., received a summons for following too closely.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at High and Adams streets.
* A wallet was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
* A purse was reported stolen on North High Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at Main and Barton streets.
Miscellaneous
* Tampering was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
* Two reports of verbal harassment in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
* Trespassing was reported at Wayne and Morton streets.
