Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Amanda Dunning, 17 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for failure to wear a seatbelt.

* Brittney West, 801 Perry Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

* A Kyocera cell phone was reported stolen at 660 S. Sprigg St.

* A 2006 Missouri vehicle registration tag was reported stolen at 234 N. Lorimier St.

* Two puppies were reported stolen at 321 S. Ellis St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* Three bottles of hydrocodone were reported stolen at The Medicine Shoppe, 864 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 719 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A fireworks violation was reported at South Pacific and Linden streets.

* A silver mountain bike was found at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* A blue mountain bike was found at 1112 Bloomfield St.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Maple Street.

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Mount Auburn Road and Route K.

* A counterfeit check was reported at Plaza Pawn, 2100 William St.

* Trespassing was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Daniel Lee Richardson, 30, 611 S. Colorado St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of third degree domestic assault.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of East Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Vandalism was reported at the maintenance shop, in the 1000 block of Hannah Stree and in the 1000 block of Odus Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* Identity theft was reported in the 1000 block of Aaron Drive.

* Fireworks were reported in the city park.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.

* Property was found in the city park.

* Fraud was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of Boxwood Drive.

* Fireworks violations were reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle, on South West Lane, on Birdie Lane, on Bellevue Street, on East Lane, on Woodland Drive, in the 400 block of Neal Street, on Eagle Drive, in the 700 block of East Jefferson Street, in the city park, on Whetstone Way and in Litz Park.
