Arrests

* Kristopher D. St. Clair, 24, of 2048 Anthony Drive, was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Shervana S. Small, 21, of 909 Normal Ave., was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Tyler E. Borgfield, 18, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and weapons.

* Latonya L. Turner, 24, of 315 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Brenda J. Borgfield, 42, of 526 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Rickie E. Swader, 41, of 525 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Clarence D. Lowe, 38, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of passing bad checks.

* Frederick E. Gibson, 40, of Alexander County, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of robbery.

* Janice R. Reyes, 38, of Harrisburg, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for a seat-belt violation.

* Ricky L. Nelson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and on a county warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance.

* Carolyn S. Graham, 42, of 484 Oglala Lane, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of burglary.

* Anthony R. Bell, 21, of 337 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Miner Police Department warrant for failure to appear on charges of marijuana possession.

* Twylla L. Roderick, 36, of 603 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Morgan County warrant for probation violation for passing bad checks.

* Todd C. Smothers, 36, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Michael A. Thomoas, 28, of 45 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Alisa M. Brands, 19, of 45 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen at D Mart, 3415 William St.

* A license plate tab was reported stolen at 3313 Collins St.

* A stereo and CD case with a CD was reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.

* A detector, a cell phone charger and CDs were reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 763 Cedar Lane.

* A CD player and cash was reported stolen from a car at 119 N. Ellis St. The dashboard and glove box were reported damaged.

* A CD player and a purse were reported stolen at 1216 N. Spanish St.

* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 1744 Cecilia St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at D-Mart, 1451 Luce St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 298 N. West End Blvd.

* A backpack was reported stolen on South Kingshighway.

* Meals were reported stolen at Denny's restaurant, 161 West Drive.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1002 Sturdivant Ave.

* A burglary was reported at the Rhodes 101 at 2109 William St.

Property Damage

* A car was reported spray painted at 1451 Luce St.

* A window was reported broken at 3020 Boutin Drive.

* A cooling unit was reported damaged at China Town, 213 S. Kingshighway. Unlawful use of a weapon was also reported.

* A window was reported broken at 13 N. Pacific St.

* A guitar was reported damaged at 1451 Luce St.

* A window screen was reported damaged at 1200 Cousin St.

* A glass door was reported broken at Denny's restaurant, 161 West Drive.

* A car window was reported broken at 1015 Harmony St.

* A car door was damaged at 1817 Longview Drive.

* A car tire was slashed at 2077 Pear Tree Court.

Miscellaneous:

* A 14-year-old female was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Eight instances of check forgery were reported at 1325 Broadway, 1120 N. Kingshighway and 3439 William St., all using checks from the same victim.

* Check forgery was reported at 3439 William St. and 1428 N. Kingshighway.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Shawn McNally, 39, of 2236 County Road 307, was issued a summons for failure to pay merchant license.

Theft

* A license plate was reported stolen on East Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Property Damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 3200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An ex parte violation was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* An ex parte violation was reported in the 500 block of Lyndhurst Drive.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 400 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* A fight was reported in the 3200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
