The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Gregory Thomas Jr., no age given, 508 Carroll, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under revocation.

Arrests Michael S. Harper, 20, 1430 W. Cape Rock, Apt. 9, was arrested Sunday on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Joe E. Barker, 33, 735 W. Rodney St., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses Dustin S. Masterson, no age given, 2517 Singing Hills, was issued a summons Monday for failure to show proof of insurance following a motor vehicle accident.

Robert M. Tillman, no age given, 1630 Kingsway Drive, was issued summonses after a motor vehicle accident for failure to show proof of insurance, failure to yield and driving on a revoked license.

Theft:

A debit card was reported stolen Sunday at 45 S. West End Blvd. The card was reported used fraudulently on seven separate occasions.

Precision Transmission, 1401 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of service Sunday.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

A bank card, money and makeup were reported stolen Sunday from 121 S. Sprigg.

A child's truck was reported stolen Sunday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

Baseball cards were reported stolen Monday from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A guitar was reported stolen Monday following a break-in at First Pentecostal Church, 3054 Lexington St.

Property Damage

A living room window was reported broken at 412 Green Acres Drive.

A window was reported broken Monday at Semo Automotive, 505 Commercial St.

Miscellaneous:

Checks were reported forged Monday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A blue 1983 Buick Regal was reported abandoned Monday at 215 N. Louisiana St.

A brown 1987 Buick Century was reported abandoned Monday at 2118 William St.

A wallet and its contents were reported found Monday at Fountain and Park.

Jackson

Summons

Amanda R. Jacobs, 17, 2375 Litz Blvd, Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for failure to comply with an intermediate license.

Theft

Thefts were reported Friday in the 900 block of W. Independence St., and the 100 block of East Mary Street.

A theft was reported Saturday on Old Toll Road.

A theft was reported Monday in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.

Property Damage

n A report of property damage was made Sunday in the 200 block of South West Lane.
