DWI Marcus D. Turks, 23, of 447 N. Main, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a concealed weapon.

Arrests Michelle L. Smith, 33, of 909 Hackberry, Apt. 101, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault and armed criminal action.

Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 2800 Pioneer.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 632 Broadway.

A Missouri license plate bearing 652-SNN was reported stolen Tuesday at 214 S. Silver Springs.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen and a vehicle window damaged Wednesday at 1409 Brookshire.

A CD player was reported stolen and a vehicle window damaged Wednesday at 622 Bellevue.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen and a vehicle window damaged Wednesday at 1408 Lexington.
