Arrests

Emmanuel Tramez Ware, 23, of 805 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Craig Eugene Kohl, 44, of 613 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault, possession of a defaced firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.

Mariques Cymone Boyd, 19, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Steven Lee Williams, 26, of 1098 Linden, Apt. 37, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing, telephone harassment and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Dwayne Lamar Kaiser, 22, of 10425 Duke, St. Louis, was arrested Wednesday on a St. Louis County warrant for violation of full order of protection.

Summonses

Doris Dorothea Wunderlice, 62, of P.O. Box 571, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of failure to maintain property.

Hubert Eugene Hummard, 28, of 529 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kirsten Ann Huey, 19, of 2617 Jan Drive, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of harassment.

Regina Lee Mouser, 31, of 1713 Georgia, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of a leash law violation.

David Merrell Burton, 32, of 2234 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of a leash law violation.

Burglaries

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 2300 O'Connell. Nothing was taken.

A burglary was reported Wednesday at Green Acres and Main. A subject was released pending filing of formal charges on the complaint.

Thefts

Lottery tickets were reported stolen Tuesday from Discount Smoke Shop, 340 S. Sprigg. A subject was released pending filing of formal charges on the complaint.

Missouri license plates 777-AE3 were reported stolen Tuesday in the Cape Girardeau area.

Missouri license plates RER-310 and a black metal trailer were reported stolen Tuesday in the 1400 block of North Mount Auburn Road.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 917 S. Pacific.

Cash was reported stolen Wednesday from St. Mary's Cathedral School, 615 William.Jackson

A peace disturbance was reported Tuesday on Andrew Street.
