DWI

* Christopher J. Peters, 24, of 1527 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of roadway.

Arrests

* Boyce W. Church, 54, of 1915 Eagle Court, was arrested on suspicion of discontinuance of service.

* Pervis J. Boyd IV, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of controlled substance and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for robbery.

* Vincent L. Flores, 19, of 660 Timon Way, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summons

* Daniel P. Grippo, 22, of 1122 N. Frederick St., received a summons for failure to provide proof of city license.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 6 Girardeau Court.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* Monty's Mobile Home, 602 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and the theft of money.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1400 Marquette Drive.

* A vehicle was reported damaged on South Lorimier Street.

* Forgery was reported at 3439 William St.

Summons

* Patrick J. Kennedy Jr., 41, of 415 Bamboo Lane, received a summons for improper parking.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Cathy Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Elwanda Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 1700 block of North Farmington Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Cathy Drive.

* Vandalism was reported in the 600 block of Connie Drive.

Theft

* Semco 45-pound dumbbells were reported stolen at Recreation Center North.
