Arrests

* Linda Harris Davis, 416 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 401, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges and a 14-year-old and 15-year-old juvenile were cited into juvenile court for burglary, property damage and resisting arrest.

* A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* A 14-year-old and 15-year-old were cited into juvenile court for stealing, burglary and property damage.

Summonses

* Robert D. Weissiner, 27, 603 Mechaw Drive, was issued a summons for failure to return to confinement.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Money was reported stolen at 2292 Rusmar St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Currency was reported stolen at Cape Prosthetics and Orthotics, 44 Doctors Park.

* Cash, jewelry, a VCR and a stool were reported stolen at 24 Village Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* A camera and checks were reported stolen at 2597 Leroy Drive.

Property damage

* A living room window was reported broken at 3022 Aspen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Trespassing was reported.

* Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license was reported.

* Littering was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Prohibited acts was reported.

* Attempted burglary was reported.

* A counterfeit $100 bill was reported at U.S. Bank, 3060 William St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bruce L. McAdams, 35, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* Burglary was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud and forgery were reported in the 400 block of South Hope Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Old Cape Road.

* Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of North High Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
