Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dale Lee Koehler, 36, 392 Estate Drive, Lot 113, and Marty Joe Koehler, 34, same address, were arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
* Ray Shauntil Purl, 22, of 621 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 4, was arrested on warrants for probation for dangerous drug and probation violation for marijuana possession.
* Terrvell Kristopher Williams, 20, of 2835 Lear Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a DWI.
* Samuel Louis Preastley III, 31, of 701 Broadway, was arrested on warrants for driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.
* Demetrius Lamont Mays, 23, of New Madrid, was arrested on warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for peace disturbance and failure to appear.
* Bradley Harold Reddick, 24, of 2835 Whitener St. Apt. 4, was arrested on a federal warrant for possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
* Bernabe Santiago Ramirez, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on felony charges of forgery.
Summonses
* Charles Anthony Adams, 19, of Spanish Lake, Mo., was issued a summons for fireworks violation.
* Lee Andrew Williams, 41, of 140 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to demolish/repair a dangerous building.
Assault
* Three instances of assault were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A Jensen subwoofer and amplifier were reported stolen at 371 S. Broadview St.
* Drapes and rods were reported stolen at 2554 Independence St.
* A Clarion radio/tape player was reported stolen at 246 West Park Mall.
* A purple and black 21-speed bicycle was reported stolen at 701 Good Hope St.
* A black and white pit bull was reported stolen at 40 N. Sprigg St.
* Money was reported stolen at 3030 Mimosa Drive.
* A red BMX-style bicycle was reported stolen at 1032 S. Ellis St.
Property Damage
* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 1924 Benjamin Court.
* A windshield was reported damaged at 3001 Mimosa Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported at Commerce Bank, 160 S. Broadview St.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items Thursday.
Assault
* Assault was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Bellevue Street.
* Theft from a motor vehicle was reported twice at the city pool.
* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A request to keep the peace was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A suspicious vehicle in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
