DWI Ryan A. Quick, 28, of 416 Louis St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Charles Weston Madden, 36, of 1003 S. Pacific St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of trespassing.

Tony L. Harris Jr., 19, of 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of robbery.

John H. Boatman, 48, of 220 Losey, Fairfax, Iowa, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher L. Sparks, 19, of 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested Tuesday for two U.S. district court warrants for distribution and possession of cocaine.

Andre D. Wren, 19, of 522 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested Tuesday on a St. Louis County warrant for violation of the rules of public transportation.

Jason A. Schaper, 30, of 138 Garden Lane, was arrested Tuesday on six Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear.

Christopher D. O'Kelly, 18, of 825 N. Fountain St., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott City Police Department warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Barry W. David, 33, of 1721 Bloomfield Road, received a summons Tuesday for the sale of alcohol to a minor.

Crystal R. Dillow, 21, of Olive Branch, Ill., received a summons Tuesday for the sale of alcohol to a minor.

Kelly J. Conway, 20, of 2219 Sherwood Drive, received a summons Tuesday for the sale of alcohol to a minor.

Sandra F. Malone, 43, of 424 S. Spring Ave., received a summons Tuesday for the sale of alcohol to a minor.

Suzanne E. Summers, 22, of 1545 County Road 319, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for a peace disturbance.

Thefts A check was reported stolen Tuesday at 508 Cape Meadows Circle.

License plates were reported stolen Tuesday at 1501 N. Kingshighway.

A gas card was reported stolen Tuesday at 1238 College St.

A 1992 white Ford truck was reported stolen Tuesday at 1953 Delwin St.

Sub woofers, speakers, CDs and an amplifier were reported stolen Tuesday at 1701 Lacey St.
