Arrests

* Anthony S. Dunivan, 30, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance and resisting lawful detention.

* Shawn L. Dobbs, 29, of 616 William St., was arrested on a Jefferson City warrant for probation and parole absconder electronic monitoring.

* Latoya Whitaker, 22, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 18, of 814 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd. Tommy L. Heath, 56, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported at 415 Bellevue St. Benjamin F. Vinyard III, 20, of 415 Bellevue St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* License plates were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Water Street.

* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 314 N. Main St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* A Kodak digital camera, cash, Missouri driver's license and a checkbook were reported stolen.

* Cape Girardeau Country Club, 250 Country Club Drive, reported the theft of golf balls.

Property damage

* Lynch's Fire Protection, 140 Sheridan Drive, reported a damaged mailbox.

Miscellaneous

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

* Cape Girardeau Central High School, 1000 S. Silver Springs Road, reported a peace disturbance. Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Educational neglect was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* John P. Burger, 27, of 2243 Belleridge Pike in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display lamps on motor vehicle.

* Steven L. McCormick Jr., 20, of 2720 County Road 543, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol, failure to stop for a red light and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Nathan Harrison, 19, of 2720 County Road 543, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Summonses

* Nicholas T. Smith, 20, of Grand Tower, Ill., received a summons for no valid operator's license.

* Cody D. Mathena, 28, of 2806 Perryville Road in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

* Fuel was reported stolen in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A camera was reported stolen in the 1800 block of Woodland Drive.

* Blankets were reported stolen in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Money was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Main Street.

* Two incidents of stolen fuel were reported stolen in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevards

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping was reported in City Park.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.

* An affray was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* An affray was reported on West Independence Street.

* An affray was reported North Farmington Road.
