Arrests Emanuel T. Ware, 24, 805 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Jams K. Davis, 20, 1318 N Sprigg, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and four stop sign violations.

Thomas C. Dobratz, 49, 84 Main St., Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Summonses Andrew Charles Tansil, 20, 1225 Hillcrest, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday for trespassing.

Mary Turner, 27, 5 Village Drive, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday for trespassing

Thefts A check was reported stolen and forged Monday at 528 Broadway.

Money and jewelry were reported stolen Monday at 1420 Price.

Money and a DVD player were reported stolen Monday at 126 S. Louisiana.

A DVD player and a television were reported stolen Monday at 11 Rivercrest.

Illinois license plate, 5927798, were reported stolen Tuesday at 712 N. Fountain.

A check was reported stolen and forged Tuesday at 266 Siemers.

Property Damage A windshield was reported broken Monday at Lexington and Abbey.

Door glass was reported broken Tuesday at First Cape Church, 1000 Ranney.

Windows were reported broken Tuesday at St. Vincent's Church, 815 Caruthers.

A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at Luhr Brothers Inc., 11501 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous A trailer license plate, WEW-503 was reported lost Monday somewhere in the city limits.

A 14-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court Monday for curfew violation.

A 1993 green Ford escort, Tennessee license KQZD 738, was reported abandoned Tuesday.

A bicycle was reported found Tuesday at 126 N. Main.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Katrina L. Rhodes, 36, 601 North St., Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau was arrested May 28 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony stealing and misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit device.

Scott E. Robins, 27, 611 Lydhurst, Jackson, was arrested May 29 on Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Summons Jose J. Botello, Jr., 24, 352 Westridge, Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons May 28 for driving under suspension.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen from the Rhodes Station at 113 W. Jackson Blvd. May 28.

A tractor was reported stolen May 28 from the 2900 block of Orchard Drive.

Landscaping blocks were reported stolen Sunday in the 2400 block of Brittany Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from the Murphy USA Station at 3039 E. Jackson.

Cash, luggage, shoes, music CDs and Christmas decorations were reported stolen Monday in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported keyed in the parking lot at Jackson Wal-Mart Monday.

Miscellaneous A yard statue was found in the 700 block of Wedge Lane Monday.
