Arrests Patrick Louis Smith, 38, 111 N. Park, was arrested Monday on a Pulaski County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
Robert Quinton Woods, 17, 509 S. Ellis, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.
Rose Annette Speakman II, 1416 William, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
Summonses Adrienne Lynne Proffer, 20, 6 S. Henderson, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of walking in the road.
Judy Ann Robinson, 62, 1102 Landgraf, was issued a summons Monday for a leash law violation.
Property damage A window was reported damaged Tuesday at 715 N. Main.
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 232 Shirley.
Property damage was reported Tuesday at 325 Merriwether.
Property damage was reported Tuesday at 220 N. Main.
Thefts A debit card was reported taken Monday at 2001 William.
A pen, money and other items were reported stolen Monday at 111 Themis.
A wheel and tire were reported stolen Monday from Motorsports Unlimited, 470 S. Kingshighway.
A CD player was reported stolen Monday from 648 Spring St.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg.
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Tuesday from 119 N. Park.
A radio was reported stolen and a vehicle door damaged Tuesday at 2126 Independence.
Prescription medication was reported stolen Tuesday at 1212 S. Sprigg.

Arrests Teresa L. Burke, 31, 2812 Hilltop, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree child endangerment.
Frederick Brown, 20, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree child endangerment.
Darren Sturm, 31, 861 Jessica St., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Watkins, 33, 957 W. Independence, Lot 17, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt violation.
Summonses A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Saturday for careless and imprudent driving.
Daniel Ward, 21, 314 N. Farmington Road, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of a stop sign violation and a seat belt violation.
Michael Siebert, 21, 195 Slate, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while suspended.
Thefts A theft was reported Friday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Two thefts were reported Saturday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Peace disturbances A peace disturbance was reported Friday in the 600 block of Connie Drive.
A peace disturbance was reported Sunday in the 2000 block of Bainbridge Road.
A peace disturbance was reported Sunday in the 500 block of Crites Drive.
Assault An assault was reported Friday in the 400 block of Main Street.
Property damage Property damage was reported in City Park on Saturday.
