Arrests Jedediah L. Dibert, 25, 1105 S. Giboney, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of operating a vehicle off the roadway in a park.
Brandon S. Brown, 24, 1011 Perry, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for contempt of court.
Jana L. Morgan, 31, 2825 Whitener, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of harassment by phone.
Darcus T. Purl, 30, 301 Mill, was arrested Tuesday on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no seat belt and contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for noise disturbance.
James E. Erwin Jr., 29, 6001 Beach Bayou, Biloxi, Miss., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
Michael S. McLaird, 27, 15 Fielder Court, Fenton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for expired license plates.
Mitchell S. Givens, 28, 2800 Woodland No. 51, Scott City, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of failure to return to confinement.
Cittie L. Wade, 25, 612 Koch, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for forgery.
Yalantra E. Reed, 19, 136 S. Lorimier, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and no license plates.
Arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) Wednesday were Monica L. Abraham, 19, 144 S. Lorimier; Kevin S. Cole, 18, 224 N. Fountain; and Mikell D. Abraham, 17, 144 S. Lorimier No. 3.
Angela D. Adams, 32, 523 Olive, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for a seat belt violation.
Summonses Timothy M. Rodgers, 43, 211 Laurens Industrial Blvd., Dublin, Ga., was issued a summons Tuesday for maintaining a nuisance.
Wendell G. King, 45, 148 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons Tuesday for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
Brenda K. Rutherford, 46, 1131 S. Pacific, was issued a summons Tuesday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Nancy B. Farmer, 50, 4161 Piedmont Parkway, Greensboro, N.C., was issued a summons Tuesday for maintaining a nuisance.
William W. Stacy, no age given, 619 W. Brow Road, Lookout Mountain, Tenn., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
Ashley Nicole Reyes, 12583 CR 466, Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons Thursday for striking a stopped vehicle and driving under suspension.
Kimberly Denise Cunningham, 1409 Brookshire, Apt. D, was issued a summons Thursday for failure to yield and no insurance.
Property damage
Two vehicles were reported scratched Tuesday at 315 Mason.
Padlocks were damaged and items taken from Kiefner Brothers, 1459 N. Kingshighway.
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 2323 Shirley.
Signs and a construction barrel were reported damaged Wednesday at Independence and Pacific by the city of Cape Girardeau.
Tires were reported punctured Thursday at 2784 Lynwood Hills Drive.
Theft
A CD player and CDs, television, microwave, PlayStation, games and controller, CB radio, and equalizer were reported stolen and a window seal broken Tuesday at 3265 William.
Scrap aluminum and stainless steel were reported stolen Tuesday from Southeast Fabricating, 2086 S. Expressway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar.
A toy Jeep was reported stolen Tuesday from 260 Capaha Trail.
A bandana, wristband and sunglasses were reported stolen Wednesday from 415 Broadway.
A checking/debit account was reported stolen at 1831 Niemann.
Medication was reported stolen Wednesday from 1110 West Mount.
A vehicle window was broken and a CD face plate stolen at 500 Elm Wednesday.
A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday and a CD player, CD case and assorted CDs taken.
Miscellaneous
A digital scale was reported found in the 600 block of S. Sprigg.
A 14-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Wednesday for trespassing and curfew violation.
A wallet and its contents were reported lost Tuesday at 32261 William.
A purse and its contents were reported found Wednesday at 200 West Park Mall.

Two female juvenile runaways were recovered Wednesday in the 3000 block of East Jackson and cited into juvenile court.
Two male juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage to a window at the Church of God on South Farmington Street.
A gazing ball and stand on West Main Street were reported damaged Thursday.
An ATM card was reported found Wednesday at Country Mart.
