The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Joey D. Weaver, 19, 2545 Hilltop Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving under suspension, speeding, no seat belt and no proof of insurance.

Cedric R. Bass, 24, 1424 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault, and third degree assault on a law enforcement officer.

Zachary R. Young, 20, 1830 Mulberry, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of narcotic equipment.

Baldemar M. Diaz, 40, 227N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on four city warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, improper turn, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and driving under suspension.

Theft A hand gun was reported stolen Sunday from 1124 Themis.

A dog was reported stolen Sunday from 901 S. Benton.

Clothing and shoes were reported stolen during a burglary at 305 Broadway.

Cash, a Sentry firebox and a cedar chest were reported stolen Sunday during a burglary at 101 Louis.

A PlayStation 2, accessories and games were reported stolen Monday from 621 Perry.

A fax machine and air conditioner were reported stolen during a burglary at 1537 Rand.

Miscellaneous A 15-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of second-degree assault and being beyond parental control.

A 1993 blue Hyundai Excel was reported abandoned Monday at 410 Kiwanis.

A 1992 white Ford Festiva was reported abandoned Monday at 223 S. Lorimier.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

Jennifer Prost, 23, 957 Independence, Jackson, was issued three summonses for having a dog at large over the weekend.

Theft

A wallet was reported stolen in the 100 block of Court Street Saturday.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 Station, 113 W. Jackson, Saturday.

Peace disturbance

Peace disturbance was reported Friday in the 500 block of Sycamore Street.

On Saturday, loud music was reported in the city park by the armory; a loud party was reported in the 400 block of Sycamore; and peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson, the 1600 block of Rosebud and the 900 block of Main Street.

On Sunday, peace disturbance was reported at the Citgo Station at 1813 E. Jackson and in the 100 block of Daisy.
