DWI Jacqueline R. Hurt, 19, 334 Clayton Oaks Dr., Ellisville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of DWI, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, failure to produce proof of insurance and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Arrests Kenneth Wayne Nimmo, 24, 514 Middle, was arrested Tuesday on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and delivery and manufacture of a controlled substance, and on a city warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.
Gary Wayne Rainey, 21, 610 Red Bud, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Cody C. Kinder, 19, 1903 N. Kingshighway, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
Kenneth D. Cornwell, 17, 621 Terry Lane, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of assault.
Tara J. Farrow, 30, 1110 West Mount, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday from 3439 William.
Jewelry, money and personal papers were reported taken Tuesday in a burglary at 804 N. Park.
A CD player, amplifier and CD radio were reported stolen Tuesday from 716 N. Sprigg.
A Missouri license plate, 376-RYR, was reported stolen Tuesday from 5 S. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.
A purse was reported stolen Tuesday following a window being broken on a vehicle in the 100 block of North Lorimier.
A bicycle, bicycle lock and assorted books were reported stolen from 429 N. Frederick.
Cash was reported stolen from a car at 2026 Montgomery Wednesday.
A vehicle tailgate was reported stolen Wednesday from 1632 Scivally Drive.
Property damage A cell phone was reported broken Tuesday at 2841 Themis.
Carpet was reported damaged Tuesday at 113 Centennial.
A vehicle door was reported damaged Tuesday at 1405 Dunklin.
A tire was reported punctured Tuesday in the 100 block of South Lorimier.
Miscellaneous A check card, credit card and key rings were found Tuesday at 820 S. West End Blvd.
A 13-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court Tuesday for being a runaway.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Andre Dooley, 28, 1080 W. Main St., Hendersonville, Tenn., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of DWI.
Summonses Heather Hurst, 18, 1812 Bainbridge Road, Jackson, was issued a summons Tuesday for improper parking.
David Barnard, 18, 4912 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons Tuesday for improper parking.
Theft
Thefts were reported Tuesday in the 800 block of Amanda Street and the 100 block of West Jackson Blvd.
