Arrests

* Shawn David Warmack, 21, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

* A warrant arrest was reported.

* Cynthia C. Dent, 24, 807 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and prohibited acts.

Summonses

* Rebecca N. Palmer, 1029 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons on suspicion of striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Kendra M. Kilinski, 1338 Kingsway, was issued a summons on suspicion of following too closely.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

Theft

* License plate tabs were reported stolen.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a stereo and CDs taken at 1300 N. Water St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1301 N. Main St.

* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at 518 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old male runaway juvenile was reported.

* A 13-year-old female runaway juvenile was reported.

* Forgery was reported at D-Mart, 3276 William.

* Three instances of passing a bad check were reported at D-Mart, 3276 William.

* Two 16-year-old female juveniles were cited into juvenile court for giving a false report.

* A disorderly house was reported.

* A dog bite was reported.

* A 43-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

* A 37-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

* Attempted suicide was reported.

* A 48-year-old female was taken into protective custody.

* Found property was reported.

* James D. Noah, 26, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and violation of a court order and failure to register as a convicted sex offender.

* Kimberly A. Dacus, 23, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Martin T. Russell, 18, of Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle.
