Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shawn David Warmack, 21, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

* A warrant arrest was reported.

* Cynthia C. Dent, 24, 807 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and prohibited acts.

Summonses

* Rebecca N. Palmer, 1029 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons on suspicion of striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Kendra M. Kilinski, 1338 Kingsway, was issued a summons on suspicion of following too closely.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

Theft

* License plate tabs were reported stolen.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a stereo and CDs taken at 1300 N. Water St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1301 N. Main St.

* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at 518 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old male runaway juvenile was reported.

* A 13-year-old female runaway juvenile was reported.

* Forgery was reported at D-Mart, 3276 William.

* Three instances of passing a bad check were reported at D-Mart, 3276 William.

* Two 16-year-old female juveniles were cited into juvenile court for giving a false report.

* A disorderly house was reported.

* A dog bite was reported.

* A 43-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

* A 37-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

* Attempted suicide was reported.

* A 48-year-old female was taken into protective custody.

* Found property was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* James D. Noah, 26, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and violation of a court order and failure to register as a convicted sex offender.

* Kimberly A. Dacus, 23, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Martin T. Russell, 18, of Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 17, of Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to comply with immediate license and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* Theft was reported on Barton Street.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of W. Independence Street.

* Theft was reported twice in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.

* Property damage was reported in the city park.

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of East Adams Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

* Vandalism was reported on North Maryland Street.

Harassment

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Michael Anna Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Belair Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Strawberry Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A request to check well being in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A request to check well being in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported on Elm Street.

* A missing person was reported in the 1300 block of Brandon Street.

* A missing person was reported in the 400 block of N. Shawnee Boulevard.

* A request to keep the peace was made in the 200 block of East Monroe Street.
