The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Randy J. Amelunke, 41, 502 Louis, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of tampering with a witness and property damage.

Darcus T. Purl, 30, 301 Mill St., was arrested Wednesday on two city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for seatbelt violation and prohibited acts/noise disturbance.

Christopher Michael Leavy, 43, 411 West End Blvd., was arrested Wednesday on two city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for suspended operator's license and false declaration.

Moses R. Cantrell, 23, 1228 W. Cape Rock, was arrested Wednesday on two Ste. Genevieve County warrants for failure to appear for driving under suspension and for speeding.

Teresa G. Miller, 50, 624 S. Pacific, was arrested Wednesday on a city warrant for failure to appear in court for expired vehicle registration.

Summons Sharon K. Tisdale, 51, 1244 College, was issued a summons Wednesday for a leash law violation.

Thefts A 1987 white Chevrolet Silverado was reported stolen Wednesday from 1404 Independence. Missouri license number: 899 PR6.

Checks were reported stolen in six separate instances from Cash Depot, 2148 William.

A radio, TV/VCR and cash were reported stolen from 2350 Independence.

A check was reported stolen Wednesday from 2039 Perryvillle.

A girl's blue bicycle and a boy's red bicycle were reported stolen Wednesday from 134 S. Lorimier.

Burglary Second-degree burglary was reported at 2026 Perryville Road.

Property Damage A vehicle window was reported broken Wednesday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous A red bicycle was found Wednesday at 35 N. Park.

A 13-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests William Combs, 24, 5447 Lisa Lane, Catawissa, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and bribing a law enforcement officer.

Summons Jeffrey Rush, 32, 814 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was issued a summons Tuesday for failure to stop for a red signal.

Department of Public Safety

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts Cash and checks were reported stolen Tuesday from the University Center.

A purse and cash were reported stolen Tuesday from Grauel Building.
